This page will help you get set up to distribute legitimate files via BitTorrent, a protocol which both minimizes traffic from your website and makes distribution of data more efficient for those wishing to download it.
Keep in mind that providing torrents or trackers for material that you don't have permission to distribute is a violation of federal law and of your contractual obligations with Network Redux.
You must have a VPS or dedicated server to use BitTorrent.
