What is cPanel / WHM?
cPanel
- This is the Control Panel (GUI) website management tool used to simplify the management of related services such as email, mysql, sub-domains etc.
WebHost Manager (WHM)
- WHM is a graphical tool used to manage all of your clients' websites. Each account created will have it's own instance of cPanel to access.
I Require 'Accounting.php.inc' but Don't Have Access to It?
Submit a Support Ticket and they can have it placed within your Home Directory.
How do you restore the cPanel full backups?
Upload the generated backup (tar.gz file) to your home directory and contact support requesting to have this file restored.
Can I Access cPanel on a Standard Port?
In the event you are behind a strict router and/or firewall blocking access to the ports required by cPanel you may attempt using cPanelProxy in which is not supported, merely suggested as it makes use of the standard port 80.
Are Additional Languages available for cPanel?
With the new and improved X3 theme for cPanel multiple languages are now made available.
