Reseller services provide you with your own custom name servers in which will first need to be registered prior to usage. Registering you name servers will need to be handled at the domain registrar.
[edit] Can I access my data prior to dns changes?
The following method will not be useful if content is parsed by PHP due to server securities as you will receive a openbase_dir protection error.
Due to being within a shared environment, in the event you wish to bypass this protection a dedicated ip address would be required or you may make use of a sub-domain and forward the DNS Zone (A Record).

DNS Changes can take upward to 72hrs in order to have a full affect in which is commonly much sooner.
