Port 26 is also made available in the event your ISP is blocking 25. You may also attempt using secure-SMTP over port 465.

Yes, within shared environments, such as the reseller and regular hosted servers, the limit is hard set at 500 per hour. If you require to exceed this limit, an upgrade to one of our VPS or Dedicated Solutions would be merely suggested.

Verify the account in question does in fact have an inbox created and that this inbox is not full.

SPF is an open standard created to stop forgery of FROM addresses. SPF helps mail servers distinguish forgeries from real mail by making it possible for a domain owner to say, "I only send mail from these machines." That way, if any other machines try to send mail from that domain, the mail server knows that the FROM address is forged.

Enabling forwarding on an existing mailbox will cause the mail to sit in the inbox and be forwarded, if you just require the forwarding behavior remove the mailbox and just enable a forwarder.

Forwarding messages is suggested as text, rich text or html as .eml files are not allowed due to they are common extensions for virus files sent across the Internet.
[edit] Is someone using my domain to send spam?
What is likely happening is a common occurrence in the spamming underworld.
Spammers will send bulk messages using a working email address as the From/Reply-to/Return-to address so that remote mail servers think that the recipient is a valid sender.
This fools remote mail servers into accepting the messages, but then if the messages are undeliverable, the bounces will go to the mail address that was used in the forged header.
You can't avoid this, it is the nature of email and those that choose to abuse it.
- What you can do is make sure your catchall account is set to :fail: inside of your control panel.
[edit] Catching more Spam (Spam Assassin)
The simplest approach to catching more spam is just to reduce the points threshold. This can be quite effective.
a threshold of 3.0 or 3.5 will increase the amount of spam caught dramatically, but won't produce significantly more false positives. This is achieved very simply by changing or adding the required_hits setting, e.g.
required_hits 3.5
