SFTP will only work if SSH is enabled for the account in question. Contact support providing the username and/or domain of the account you wish to have SSH Enabled on.

You will be prompt, once in you may merely drag and drop the files of choice.
[edit] Anonymous FTP
A dedicated ip is required in order for this feature to function.
Dedicated ip's are available for $24/yr and can be assigned upon request.
