[edit] Do you offer Fantastico?
Fantastico is made available on all servers within our Network (shared environment). In reference to a Dedicated and/or VPS Solution, a license for Fantastico may be purchased, as unfortunately it does not get bundled with cPanel.
[edit] What is Fantastico?
Fantastico is an application which eases the installation of dozens of the most popular PHP-/[[:Category:|MySQL|MySQL]]-based applications from content management systems to forums. Fantastico may be accessed from the Fantastico Icon within your cPanel.
[edit] How do I update my Fantastico Application?
Updating a currently installed application may be done from within cPanel > Fantastico > Select the Application. If updates are not made available you may also refer directly to the source (creator).
Always backup your files and databases prior to updating.
[edit] Permissions Issue (Joomla)
The following should circumvent any issues with managing the webserver (nobody) owned files that Joomla initially generates.
