How do I issue a support request?

1. You may refer to the Account Manager located at https://accounts.networkredux.com as this is the suggested method due to the ability to modify/review your current or past ticket history.

2. You may also submit a support ticket merely by directing an email to support@networkredux.com


Will you assist in installing scripts such as OSCommerce?

Yes, we will assist you in installing scripts and applications. You will find most of the common applications to be installable from your control panel, via the Fantastico link.

How do I get files restored?

We maintain weekly incremental backups of data on our network. If you require that we go back and restore from backup, there is a one time charge of $25 for this service. If the required time exceeds 30 minutes, an additional $25 service fee will apply for 30 minutes of administrative work on our end.


"somefolder.disabled.by.admin" what is this?

We track exploited PHP applications on a daily basis, when we catch one we will disable the entire folder where it resides, and leave this file as a note to the site owner that the folder was disabled for security purposes.


How do I Access My Account?

<servername> would have been provided to you within your Welcome Email.


Is WebDAV Supported?

Yes, WebDAV is enabled on a per-folder basis in which you may submit a support request providing the folder in question.

IE: /home/username/public_html/folder


Access to Shell (SSH)?

SSH is enabled on a per account basis and can be done upon request.

Simply submit a support request providing the server you reside and the username of the account in question.


I lost my Password, can you reset it for me?

Hosted Customers may contact support providing the last 4 digits of your credit card on file for verification purposes.

Resellers may merely make use of the Password Modification function located within WebHost Manager (WHM). If it is your master login that you have miss placed then you may also submit a support ticket providing the last 4 digits of your credit card on file for verification purposes.


SSH was Enabled, but became Disabled?

If any changes are made to the account and/or package associated with the account SSH is not carried over and in turn will need to be re-enabled.


My site has been hacked, what should I do?

It is always good practice to insure that any applications being run are kept up to date along with a secure password chosen.

When selecting a password it should consist of a mixture of letters and numbers, uppercase and lowercase.


I require Additional Space/Bandwidth.

At this point and time as we do not offer custom plan creation an upgrade would merely be suggested.

If at anytime you wish to upgrade you account you may merely submit a support request providing the last 4 digits of your credit card on file for verification purposes.


Do you Support ImageMagick?

The common ImageMagick utility is located at /usr/bin/convert

Do you support Active Server Pages (ASP)?

Currently at this point in time ASP is not supported.
