How to Transfer your Domain to Network Redux

Domains are made available for $10 per year and can be registered or transferred upon request.

If at any time you wish to proceed, the following will be required in the form of a support ticket.

1. The last 4 digits of your credit card on file for verification purposes.

2. Domain you wish to be transferred along with the Authorization Key provided from your current registrar.

Prior to submitting your request please ensure that a registrar lock is not set in affect and that the email contact associated with the domain is operational.

Once the transfer request has been submit a verification email will be provided to the email address on file with the current registrar in which will need to be confirmed to finalize the transfer.

Pending transfers, awaiting release from the current registrar can take upward to 48hrs.

To Manually Unlock Your Domain Name Using the NEW Domain Control Center;

1. Log in to your Account Manager.

2. From the Domain Names menu, select Manage Domains. The Domain Control Center opens.

3. In your list of domain names, use the checkboxes to select the domain name(s) that you want to unlock.

4. Above your list of domains, click Locking.

5. Select Unlock, based on what action you want to take for the selected domains.

6. Click OK.

1. Log in to your Account Manager.

2. In the My Products section, click Manage Domains.

3. Click the domain for which you want to retrieve the authorization code.

4. In the Authorization Code field, click Send by Email.

5. Click OK.

6. Click OK again.
