Our Reseller Services provide you with the ability to host an unlimited amount of domains with access to WebHostManager (WHM). This in turn provides you with the ability to manage, maintain, and create additional accounts that are each accessible via its own instance of cPanel.

How do I register my name servers?

While our Reseller services provide you with your own custom name servers, they will need to be registered at your domain registrar prior to usage. Your corresponding IPs would have been provided within your Network Redux welcome email.

Creating my First Account

Account creation is handled from within your WebHost Manager (WHM). Access to this service would have been provided within your Network Redux welcome email.

What free billing software is available?

The free billing software is made available from within Fantastico and is called phpCOIN.

Creating a sub.domain.tld cPanel account

Just as long as initialdomain.tld is located within your WebHost Manager (WHM) the sub.domain.tld cPanel account may also be created.

How many sites can I host?

Redux reseller services provide you with the ability to host an unlimited amount of domains. This may be a handful or hundreds of websites that your allocated space and/or bandwidth will allow.

Do you offer support for my clients?

No, as we do not have a business relationship with your clients. Support tickets are submitted by you, and in turn a response given, and then forwarded to the client in question by you.
